Denis is the Director of Fusion Hospitality and the Awesome Group. Having more than a decades experience in the events industry he has the knowledge needed to create a smooth running event.

Our internationally acclaimed chefs have worked at some of the finest kitchens in England; Michelin Star restaurants, Hampton Court and Warwick Castle to name but a few. Their expertise in high end dining has been recognised by leaders of the industry and they have been employed as consultants to world famous names such as Raymond Blanc and lead kitchen teams and menu design for Formula 1 hospitality worldwide.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to create a bespoke service for every client. Our chefs are fundamental in providing this and, having led teams around the world in the sourcing and developing of menus for the hospitality elite, they are the perfect point of call. From exclusive events such as discreet Royal functions and wedding breakfasts, to large-scale high end events for up to 5000, the team are enthusiastic whatever the occasion.

Our chefs are personable with experience which is second to none. Having provided for both national and international royalties, dignitaries and heads of state, their attention to detail is impeccable; they care about their food and the people they cater for.
